Probate is being sought for the will of the late Air. Justice Higgins, of the High Court, Australia, who.se estate i.s valued at £69,000, including assets in New Zealand.
The testator directed that £2<U'(!u be paid to the Royal Irish Academy towards the publication of Irish manuscripts and for research work dealing with Irish literature, language, ai'fhaelogv and folk lore,, and also scholarships.
