We are likely to .see prices slightly easier during this month. Fat sheep: Prices are still good for both woolly and shorn sheep, but with the number of shorn sheep offering prices will be easier, especially for shorn ewes. Store sheep: There is a good inquiry for all classes of stores, but owing to the continued wet weather sellers are unable to finish shearing, and not many vendors are quoting. Store cattle: There, is still a very strong demand for all - male cattle, with very few offering. Good store cows and yearling Jersey and Jersey cross heifers are also meeting with strong competition. Dairy cattle: Although late in the season, high prices continue for both ,ood cows and springing heifers. Pigs: Heavy yardings of both fat and store pigs are coming forward. Baconers and porkers are making equal to 5Jd per lb. There is also a good demand for big stores. Prices ofr weariers and slips have improved considerably during the last few weeks. .
