What’s the difference ’twixt whisky and tobacco P It has been defined thus: “Whisky makes you balk; tobacco makes you think.” It’s certainly true that, great painters, sculptors. musicians, writers, chess players and orators are generally great smokers. Anti-tol jkccoites will tell you that smokers are the slaves of a vicious habit and run all sorts of terrible risks.
