Profusely decorated in honor of tomorrow’s most important ceremonies Kyoto is overflowing with visitors. Princes, nobles, officialdom, diplomats and representatives of other rulers have gathered to witness the unique' rites in connection with the enthronement of the E'mperior, besides millions of loyal subjects assembled for the occasion. Yesterday the Emperor and Empress underwent a dress rehearsal of the enthronement.' Cabinet is functioning in Kyoto until November . 17. ..
