WELLINGTON, Nov. 8. The Dominion Meteorologist’s summary and forecast is as follows: — A moderate anti-cvelone is passing north of the Dominion, while a series of low pressure waves is advancing: ovj?r the South Tasman Sea, and the South Island; moderate to sliong N to AY winds reaching gale force at times south of New Plymouth and Castle Point; rough south of Cepe Jfigmont, rather rough north of Cape Jigmont and south of Castle Point; moderate north of Castle Point; fresh to strong north to west winds in the Tasman with moderate seas in the northern portion . and rather rough to rough in the central and southern, unsettled and changeable generally, with showers at times in most districts and heavy in western and southern portions of the South island with moderate temperatures.
