[The story of a fearful ■fight- with sticks between brothers, resulting m the death of Frederick Turvey at iujune on February 3, was cold hetoiy ihe court- on Monday by Hav-'is kl.in.-n. an eye-witness, who t rated that Frederick and Charles Turvey, and Robert and Arthur l.a > :ock, were all drunk. Arthur was wanting to fight all the time, and Frederick Turvey eventually knocked him down. .Robert La.vcock then hit Charles Turvey on the head nidi a stick, felling him. Freder.ck, who was going tor the police was intercepted. by the two Haycocks end dreadfully beaten over the head with large tent pegs, and died quickly. \
