REVIEWED BY ADMIRALTY BOARD. WlLIn SENTENCES BE REMITTED? (British Official Wireless.) RUGBY, April 16. 'Hie Board cf the Admiralty met at Admiralty House to-day to consider the Royal Oak .case. It is understood that in addition to the official reports of the courtmartial held in Gibraltar the board bad before it the considered opinion of the Judge Advocate of the Fleet, Mr. Pitman, who has been examining the reports. Among those present at meeting were the Rt. Hon. W. C. Bridgeman, First Lord of the Admiralty, the four Sea Lords. Rear-Ad-miral Fisher. deputy-Chief or Naval Stuff, and Sir Oswyn Murray, permanent secretary to the Admiralty. It is expected tliat Mr. Bridgeman will make a full statement in the House of Commons to-morrow. The Board of the Admiralty lias power to alter ,or quash the sentences passed on Captain Dewar and Commander Daniel, who were severely reprimanded and ordered to lie dismissed from their ships.
