VICTORIANS BEATEN IN FIRST MATCH (Pres? Association.' INVERCARGILL. Feb. 13. The visiting Victorian hotvlers arrived by ahe Manuka this morning, and commenced a five rink match against Southland in the afternoon. The Aveather Avas intensely hot, and the green fast. The match resulted in u win for Southland by 119 points to 92, the visitors hardly being at their best in such a' short time off the boat.
