ME CGSGEAVE’S RETURN FROM AMERICAN TOUR.

REMARKABLE SCENES IN DUBLIN.

Remarkable scenes were witnessed on Mr Cosgrave’a return to Dublin. Aeroplanes escorted the vessel from fifty miles out, and on arrival at Kingston, a salute of, nineteen guns was fired. Mr Oosgruve motored to Dublin and at the boundary of the city proper was met by an enormous crowd aud a procession, <• including several bands, Mr Cosgrave’a car being preceded aud followed'by detachments of cavalry. Thus through thronged streets and amidst deafening cheers he proceeded;- with illuminated aeroplanes flying overhead. His arrival in O’Connell Street was signalled by a discharge of rockets, while from Nelson’s Pillar searchlights swept the city.In a brief speech from a temporary stand, every reference made by Mr C- I vcrave to America war; cheered.
