NEW DUTIES ON WHEAT AND FLOUR BREAD NOT LIKELY TO rise (Special to the Times) WELLINGTON, Feb. 10. The new duties imposed on wheat and flour have caused no variation in the price of flour or of bread, nor does it appear that any immediate change in prices is likely, states the Secretary of the Department of Industries aqd Commerce (Mr J.
