WELLINGTON, Last Night. The Dominion Meteorologist's evening forecast is as follows: — An .anti-cyclone of moderate extent and intensity dominates the weathei conditions over the Tasman Sen and New Zealand. Fresh to strong southerly winds from’ Cook Strait northwards, .-decreasing nnd tending: oasterly later elsewhere. .Light to moderate variable winds; rough seas' in Code Strait and oil the East Cape of the North Island, elsewhere smooth to moderate. A lew showers at first on the East Coast between Cape Paltiser and East Cape, otherwise .fair to fine, with eooi night temperatures.
