GENERAL CABLES
NEW GUESS AT COAIET’S
IDENTITY
(Received Jan. 1. 5.5 p.m.) , NEW YORK, Dec. 31
Dr. Frank Seagravc, assistant at Harvard University, speaking at Boston, expressed the opinion that Skjellorap may only he the return of the' Divico comet of 1846. He said thq parabolic elements' of its orbit, from which its path across the heavens were computed for January and February 1829, indicate three elements in which Skjcllerup resembles Divico. These are Perihelion distance, node and inclination and more observed position and later elements, namely, elliptic ones, will decide whether the comets are the same. U.P.A.
