It, is reported from Odessa that the Italian Vice-Consul, Signor Kozzio, a was. fiendishly murdered, supposedly by bandits'. -Kozzio was of the quietest disposition. He left his home at dusk and was apparently waylaid: in a' lonely spot and bludgeoned.’ Every stitch of clothing was removed, and the thieves: eVen pulled out his gold-filled teeth and gold dental pIate.—A.N.Z.C.A.
