BRITISH SUBJECT HELD FOR
RANSOM
MEXICO CITY, Oct. 19.
Mr AX’. E. Mitchell, a British subject, who is manager of a coppermine, is being held for ransom bv bandits at Nayarit. The bandits threaten to shoot' him in live days’ time unless they are paid 5050 pesos. : Tho British Minister in Mexico has made representations to the Foreign Office.—A.N.Z.C.A. .
