BY-LAW NO. 13 IVJ'OTICIE is. hereby given that, at X x a Special Meeting of the Gisborne Borough Council held on the 18th day of October, 1927. it was resolved (by way of Special Order) that the Gisborne Borough Council make a By-Law under “The Municipal Corporations Act 1920” and its amendments, and in pursuance and exercise of all other powers, and authorities (if any) enabling it in that behalf.
