WELLINGTON. Last Night. Dull and' showery in districts with westerly aspect from New Plymouth southwards, and in Otago; fine in Auckland province, elsewhere fair to cloudy and warm. Strong north-west to west winds to vales south of New Plymouth and Napier ; elsewhere mod criite to fresh west to south-west winds; north-westerly gale and rough to high seas over central and south of Tasman sea. The barometer is unsteady and has a falling tendency.
