Mr. Lang's announcement of tin: flotation cf - a twenty-five million dollar loan here was received with considerable interest in financial circles, where, earlier, it was stated the negotiations had ended in favor pi London. It reflects the low rates and broad investment demand in tirt American money markets, where nmv hand offerings have been consistentJy over subscribed.
