(Special to the Times.) * FE4LDIUG, Oct. 28. “It seems to me the Nationalists have no home’’, said the Prime Minister at Bulls this evening. “Their proper place is in behind us. They might call me a Tory or a Conservative. I don’t care what they call me. All I want is to get something done and the name won’t matter. “You know what Referm means. It means' the elimination of all that is bad and the initiation of all that is good.”
