AN HOTEL EPISODE

AN OBSTREPEROUS INTRUDER.EINED ON THREE CHARGES. An untoward episode in the Albion Hotel shortly after six o’clock on Monday evening was. related to Mr E. C. Levvey, S.M., in the Police Court yesterday when Maurice John Sims, Alias Donnelly, alias MoKnight stood in the dock charged with failing to quit licensed premises when requested to do so, being found on licensed premises during closed hours and with resisting a constable in the execution of las duty. The defendant admitted all offences. The Senior-Sergeant pointed out that this was race and show week, and young men like the defendant should he careful how they conducted themselves.
