BOWDOTN AND PEARY STILL ANCHORED NEAR ARCTIC CIRCLE
(A. AND N.Z. CABI/K ASSOCIATION.! WASHINGTON, Sept. 6. Reset by rain and adverse winds, the Bowdoin and Peary are anchored in a haven iust south of the Arctic circle awaiting better weather before resuming their southward journey, according to a message to the Geographic Society.
