The secretary was instructed to write to the secretary of every club requesting that any fees owing should be forwarded to the association secretary by the next meeting. The secretary stated that the Mayoress had consented to present the East Coast challenge cup to the winning team. It was decided to ask Mr. Shears to be in attendance at the match in case of accidents. It was decided; that, in view’ of the Hawke's Bay visit next Ihursday, all the matches fixed for Saturday next be postponed.
