BRITAIN WANTS TO GET OUT. MUST DO SO WITH HONOR. ("Received July 30, 5.40 p.m.) LONDON, July 30. In the Commons’ debate on Mesopotamia, -Mr Thomas said that Britain was committeod by the late Government to quit in four years. But no one, speaking for the present Government, could give a guarantee, as something might happen to alter the situation before the end of that period.
