LITTLE HOPE FROM AMERICA. (Received June 4,7.3 d p.m.) WASHINGTON, June 3. A resolution proposing an appropriation of 35,000,000 dollars by the United tSatcs Government for German relief was rejected by the Foreign Relations Committee, which also opposed the general policy of making any Government loan to Germany.— Reuter.
