The Bank of New Zealand advises the receipt of the following cable from their London office: “Wethers light 6£d to 7cl; heavy 5d to 6-£d; little bettor demand; ewes 4£d to sjjd, market weaker; lamb, u/42, 9:id to 9ifd, seconds 9ld to 93d; market improved, demand likely to continue. No quotations for beef.” TALLOW MARKET. The N.Z.
