TURKISH TREATY.
DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS TO BE' RESTORED. LONDON, July 25. In the House of Commons, Mr. McNeill, replying to a question, said' that diplomatic and consular relations with Turkey would 'bo re-established as soon as the treaty was in full force. —A. and N.Z.C.A.' RIGHTS IN PALESTINE ENDED. (Received Julv '26, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, July 25. Captain Ormsby Gore, speaking on the Colonial Office Estimates in tho Commons, mentioned that with the signing of the Lausanne Treaty Turkish rights in Irag and Palestine were practically ended. He announced that three battalions were leaving Irag immediately, while the Palestine garrison was also being reduced.—A. and N.Z.C.A. TUUKO-A AIERIGAX CON MENTION TO BE SIGNED. Hie Quai D’Orsay announces the immediate signature at Lausanne if the 'i iirko-American conventions negotiated by Air Joseph Grew, American representative, and Ismet, dealing with trade capitulations.
