NEW BY-LAW FOR AUCKLAND. , AUCKLAND. July 26. The City Council to-night approved the suggestion of the Municipal Conference. regarding control of pedestrian traffic and instructed the City solicitor, to draft by-laws enforcing the “keep to the left” rule.— P.A.
