LONDON, April 15. A conference of the Red International of Labor Unions passed a resolution in favor of a general strike to remedy the workers’ grid ances, demanding a minimum of £4 weekly for all adults, a forty-four hour week, and full maintenance oi unemployed and their dependents.—-A. and N.Z.C.A.
