TOUCHING CEREMONY IN PARIS. (Received Feb. 22, 9.5 p.m.) PARIS, Feb. 21. On the sixth anniversary of tne Battle of Verdun there was a touching ceremony at tlie Invalides where General Petain remitted the flags of the regiments disbanded since the armistice. The trophies numbered three hundred and were brought by guards of honor from all parts of France. There was a great gathering of soldiers desirous of saluting the emblems before they were placed in the sanctuary where Napolean reposes.—A. and N.Z.C.A.
