VILLAGERS IN THE AVAR. AVHO ALL CAME BACK.
Woolley a pretty little village to tlie north of Batli, with a population cf about a hundred, claims to he the luckiest village in England. It sent the traditionally unlucky number of 13 men to the war, and they are now all back safe and-sound in their homes. There was an impressive service of thanksgiving m the church, when the Archdeacon of Bath unveiled a tablet erected by tlie, villagers to commemorate this unique deliverance. ____
