•VTO'TICE is hereby given that the Public Health Department has authorised an active campaign against rats, as same are carriers of this deadly disease;, and the hearty co-Operation of all Householders and Occupiers of Business Premises is enlisted in .the matter of reducing or exterminating rats within the Borough, either by poisoning or traps. Occupiers of Business Premises are especially urged to unite in this effort and thus minimise the rat nuisance.
