PALACE THEATRE.

A STERLING PROGRAMME

Excitement, thrills, mystery, and laughter are linked in the long and happy programme screened at the Palace Theatre yesterday, and which will be repeated at 2 o’clock this afternoon and 7.30 to-night. Tom .Mix, in “The Feud,” which contains more than the ordinary amount _ of Tom Mix sensations, and a beautiful love story, is one of the big attractions. Charles Ray, in “The Village •Sleuth,” a domestic comedy-drama with a romantic detective story and with a big heart interest, is another big draw. A Garten De Haven comedy, in which the fun is always on the surface and kept bubbling, to-, gether with the latest Sunshine comedy, keeps the audience laughing in the most hearty' manner. A travelogue, “From Osaka to Nagasidra,” a Paramount magazine, “A Fox World’s News,” and some minor films complete a delightful evening’s entertainment. “The Feud” shows Tom Mix in the role of Jere Lynch, which calls for considerable ability as an actor. And- the same can be said of the popular Charles Ray, who is seen in tho rote of an amateur detective who falls in love, which helps him to clear up a burglary case. On Saturday', May Allison, tne brilliant New Metro star, will bo presented in “Nearly Married” ; Douglas McLean in the hilarious comedy-drama, “The Bookies Return” ; -Art Accord in “The Masked Marauders,” and a complete double programme will be screened. The plan is at Muir’s.
