PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.” NJOTICE is liereby given that tlie Waiapu County Council proposes under the provisions of the abovementioned Acts to execute a certain public, work, 'namely, altering the course of a road, and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the First Schedule hereto are required to be taken, and further that it is proposed to close the portions of road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
