SEAMEN WILL NOT JOIN
SYDNEY, July 18. (Received July 18, 5:5 p.m.) The ballot of the Federated Seamen’s Union resulted largely against joining One Big Union, the alternative proposal, in favor of throwing all the union's energies into the Transport Workers’ Federation being carried. It is officially stated that the Government refuses to recognise the One B’g Union as a bona fide trade unionU.P.A
