A T a Meeting of the Mangapapa Town Board' held on Monday, tile 12th day of .July, 1920, it was resolved by the Board to charge Ratepavers £1 os for each dwelling in the Board’s area for the removal by the. Board of Nightsoil, for the period from Ist April. 1920, to 31st March, 1921. Such charge of £1 os to ha due and payable together with all Rates levied for the period from Ist April, 1920, to 31st March. 1921, on the Ist day of September, 1928. ATOTICE is hereby given that the ’ Mangapapa Town Board will, at tlie Ordinary 7 Meeting of the Board, to be held at tlie Offioe of the Board, Mangapapa-, on MONDAY, the 9th day of August 1920, at 7.30 p.m... make and levy a General Rate- for the period commencing on Ist April, 1920, and ending 31st March, 1921, under Sections Nos. 35 and 36 of “Tim Town Boards’ Act, 1908,” and. Sections Nos. 48 to 50 (both inclusive) of “The Rating .Act, 1908,” and all the Acts enabling in that behalf, sr 1 17-21 d (one penny and seventeen twenty-firsts of a penny) in the £.on the rateable property within the Mangapapa Town District, on the -basis of the capital value; also that such General Rate will be payable at the Offices of the Manga.papa Town Board, at Mangapapa, and the 7 Hoard’s Town.
