The best solution, which is also tire Armenians’ desire, is to find a mandatory Rawer, but such a Power is hard to find unless the Allies give military and financial assurances, also assurances regarding the Armenians* access to the sea. The League Council urges the Supreme Council to state if it is willing to advance funds pending a full assembly of the League, also what guarantees are obtainable in regard to access to the sea and the expulsion of the Turkish troops.—lmperial News Service.
