Details of the disaster to the Smithsonian Institute expedition show that the train was telescoped by a runaway truck. The deaths are Doctor Armstrong (not Shanty.) and Stowell. (Received Dec. 2, 9.50 p.m.) CAPETOWN, Nov. 28.
