A man named Boone lias been detained on a charge of disorderly, conduct in connection with the incident at the Loan Parade. The President was not affected by tlie disturbance, and continued the march later. Instead of reviewing the procession at the altar of Liberty President Wilson continued the march until the parade dispersed. Boone denied any intention to harm Mr Wilson. He said he merely iVanted to shake hands. The revolver was fully loaded.
