THE RECRUITING CAMPAIGN
NATIONALISTS RETURNING TO WESTMINSTER.

LONDON. June 25. Mr. Lynch, M.P., has accepted a commission as colonel, and proceeds to Ireland to participate in the recruiting campaign. . Mr. 'Dillon, in an interview, said the party would shortly be returning to Westminster. He admitted that events in Ireland had enormously weakened the power of the Irish Pa, riie' Chief Secretary for Ireland has declared Tralee a special military district.
DOMINION PREMIERS MAY HELP.

In the House of Commons, during discussion on the Irish position, Mr. Asquith urged that the' Dominions Prime Ministers he invited to cooperate with Cabinet in an endeavor to arrange an Irish settlement. The House warmly received the suggestion. .
