SEVERE PENALTIES FOR THOSE WHO' FAIL TO REGISTER.

The Canadian Government lias now issued the following regulations respecting the national registration, which is to he made on a date in June to be fixed subsequently by proclamation: — „ (1) All persons resident m Canada, whether male or female, British subjects or aliens, of 16 years of age or over, will bo requires to register.
