The Berliner Tageblatt says, that a new war loan of fifteen milliards is expected, making the German war debt 139 milliards. AMERICAN TRANSPORT TORPEDOED. Australian and N.Z. Cablo Association WASHINGTON. June 24. A transport with no troops aboard was torpedoed off the coast. Sixtyseven of the crew are missing. CONSOLIDATED FUND BILL. Australian and N.Z.
