Radsolaoff (Bui garian Premier) incurred unpopularity owing to his failure to stem German influence and the high-handedness of the Germans m refusing the Bulgarians the Dobrudja until Adrianople was returned to Turkey. (Received June 19, 11.45 p.m.) PARIS, June 18. The newspapers, attribute M. Radoslavoff’s resignation to Bulgarian discontent owing: to the disappointing results of- the war and the food shortage owing to Austro-Genneins requisitions, and also to Turkey’s territorial demands. The general opinion is that the resignation will not alter Bulgaria’s policy.
