THE SAMMIES AT THE FRONT. The Times. LONDON, May 21. Mr. Pirrie Robinson, (Ilhe Times correspondent, describing the American invasion of tho British front, says that the ranks contain everything from millionaires and, professors to pugilists. There is enough theatrical talent to supply half-a-dozen theatres. No one has ventured to count the number of nationalities. There are pure-blooded Chinamen on the staff and Germans everywhere. Many of the best non.-corns, are Jews, all fused in the magician’s melting-pot, the fire beneath which is pride m “Old Glory.” They have much to learn, but soon know "more than the average Tommy or poilu. They have adopted British rules and equipment.
