AUCKLAND SESSIONS. Press Association Telegram. AUCKLAND. May 22. At the Supreme Court, George Hart-, mattress-maker, was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment for breaches of the Bankruptcy Act, failing to keep proper hooks, failing to disclose the whole of his property, etc.
DUNEDIN SESSIONS. (Press Association Telegram.) DUNEDIN; May 22, At the Supreme Court this morning, Clarence Herbert Grocott, aged 18 years, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Court- to forgery at Oamar-u, was admitted to probation for three years. He was a postal employee, and forged a receipt for a registered letter in order to cover up a fault in connection with a letter. Tho money taken from the letter (£2) bad been refunded'.
