DELIVERY TO GERMANY. Reuter’s Telegrams. - (Received April 2S, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON, April 26. .A delegation representing the Finnish Socialist Republic has protested to the. Allies as follows: The leaders of tho anti-revolution-ary White Guard in Finland have publicly declared themselves unable to crush the workers, and tho Government without the aid of German militarism, in return for which tiny have sold tho country lo Germany, who has begun military occupation and destruction of the whole Labor movement and permitted tho systematic murder of war prisoners, wounded in the hospitals, and tho non-combatant leaders.
