NEW TAXES FORECASTED
Australian and N.Z. Cable Association LONDON. April 16. Put- Daily Telegraph opines that the Budget on Monday will include a slight increase of the income tax and a heavy increase of the sup-r-tax and ad valorem duty on luxuries, including jewellery and expensive clothes; also, new duties on tea, sugar, beer, spirits and possibly tobacco.
