A statement supplied by the Post-master-General shows that sales of war loan certificates to February 28 amount- to £2,900*340. The postal districts in which sales amount to ever £IOO,OOO are: Auckland £497,990, Christchurch £324,104, Dunedin £328,485, Invercargill £170,421, Napier £177,318, New Plymouth £175,566, Wanganui £121,898, Wellington £654,185.
