GERMAN METHODS.
WARNING TO PACIFICISTS. LESSON OF THE “PEACE” NEGOTIATIONS. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association LONDON, March 10. Sir Edward Carson, speaking at Dover, said German methods might lie learned in five minutes by her dealings with Russia and Roumania. These confiscations were enough to prevent peace in Europe for the next hundred'years. “fl we are to have peace,” he added, “none of these German acts can he allowed to stand. Anyone wanting peace now is either a traitor or a madman.” He had such faith in the British that he could say the war would not cease until the Germans confessed themselves robbers and burglars.
