United Press Association—Copyright. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association LONDON. Alarch 8. Meetings and processions are prohibited in Dublin between the 16th and 17tli. Air Duke informed the Lord Alayor that conspiracy was afoot to subvert all law in Ireland by hunger-striking. The Government did not intend to release any cases.
