The Alonteiiegrin Alinister for War, in a letter to tlie press, indignantly denies tlie rumour that Alontenegro may conclude peace with the Central Powers. He mentions that 2000 Alontenegrins are lighting on the French front, and adds: “The Central Powers formally offered the Alontenegrin Government peace, which was rejected with contempt-.'’
