SATISFACTORY AGREEMENT

In the House of Commons, Mr. Hope stated, that an agreement had been reached with Turkey for the exchange of prisoners on an extensive scale, but it lias not yet been ratified. He could not give but the agreement was more satisfactory than was expected.
